I'm in the business of chocolate making. I just love Cognac, fell for it visiting the region, got hooked ever since. Seeing all the fuss about Whisky, I was intrigued. Bought a couple samples of blends and then a couple half-bottles of single malt. Now I have a small reserve of selected bottles that I'll slowly savor, continuing my passionate discovery of fines spirits.
