I am a Software Eng. in the day time, and culinary (wine, food, whiskey) blogger at night. Based in Kfar-Saba,Israel, i enjoy all sorts of malts, but i have a sweet tooth (or rather, peaty tooth) for the Islays. my favorite is Ardbeg Uigedail, and Talisker 10(not islay, but a dear friend). it's hard to pick from all the ones which are dear to me.
Slainte!
