Based in Kfar-Saba,Israel, i enjoy all sorts of malts, but i have a sweet tooth (or rather, peaty tooth) for the Islays. my favorite is Ardbeg Uigedail, and Talisker 10(not islay, but a dear friend). it's hard to pick from all the ones which are dear to me.

Slainte!

israel is a hot country. summers are above 30C daytime and around 26 night time. so i guess my perfect temp is 18-19 deg. (AC or winter with no heating)
