Requiem

I'm an English professor who has, after a pretty long hiatus, recently returned to whisky.

I have been lately particularly drawn to the finer of the Canadian whiskies, and am therefore confining this return to whisky to North American whiskies, but sincerely love all Islay whiskies as well as the other islanders.
