If it's said with a smile and something like "oi you pisshead you" it means you're an alcoholic, but a good guy anyway.
If it's said with a frown or unhappy expression or tone of voice like "Oi you fkg pisshead you!" it's an insult (this is how I was addressed haha) it means your an a** and an alcoholic.
Either way it means you're an alcoholic here in Perth hahaha.

Thanks @NilsG. It's a stupidly good whisky. I finally just finished the first bottle after close to a year. I've got two more stashed away though for special occasions. I don't think you're a whisky noob for liking Glenfiddich. The 12 yr old is kinda meh for me, but quite a few of the other expressions are quite nice! It's becoming quite hard to get I've heard and I'm not sure what the bottle price is running at currently. I'd expect to pay something like 16000 to 20000 yen if my math is correct :D and shipping and customs, etc are similar hahaha.
As for the pisshead I think it depends on who's using it and how. Sorta came across to me that it was used in an unkind way to Bliss, but with the net emotion, expression, etc is so hard to tell. It could have been a compliment :D However everytime I've had it used at me it was not nice hahaha.

And about "piss head" haha, I lived in North Queensland for a while and from what it seemed to me "piss head" was a compliment if anything. But then again, pretty much all of NQLD is bogan lol.
