I have been enjoying and discovering single malt whiskies for the last 5 years on a relatively small budget. I'm still looking to explore new malts and different types of whiskies that are good quality and good value.

I live in the UK, and I enjoy a number of different flavours in whisky including peat, sherry and light whiskies as long as they are complex and favoursome.

I usually enjoy tasting whiskies with my wife, who despite hating peated whiskies at first is now more of a peat fan than me!

Too early in my journey to have any regular favourite whiskies, but so far I have particularly enjoyed Aberlour A'bunadh, Bunnahabhain 12 year old and Lagavulin 16 year old.
