I discovered Scotch about three years ago and am still amazed at the depth of variety that's out there. I enjoy everything from the milder whiskys like Glenkinchie to the stronger ones like Talisker 10Yr and the Islays like Ardbeg and Laphroaig 10 Yr. Which one I choose depends on my mood.
