Nose: Honey and a melange of ripe fruits and tropical fruits, like a light and fermented nectar. Orange wedges, clementines, mango nibs, pineapple (non-acidic), guava, spun sugar, and even some vanilla, which turns a bit to the old oaky glue. Resinous fruit and pith. Something floral, less in a field as much as delicate fruit.

Palate: Light and a little thin. A definite oak influence, yet gentle and thoroughly integrated. Honey and the same flowers, and then little drops of mango and clementine juice in a fine honey. Spun sugar a swell. You see where this is going.

Finish: The oak yields something of vanilla and glue here, too. The fruit dissipates even as it becomes part of the honey (retrolfaction draws out everything). Sweet orange essence lurks in the rear - and then more juicy clementines. No water for this. It's thin and watery enough, just very delicious.
