Tasting Notes by rwbenjey

The nose start off pretty promising, but doesn't seem to fully develop. Fresh apple is at the forefront, followed by subtle spice, dust, and brown sugar.

On the palate, creme it detected first, followed by cinnamon, lime, and rather pronounced soapy taste (down a few points). Something is a little off here.

The finish is rather dry and salty.

Kind of a bummer, as this was distilled the year I was born : (
