Tasting Notes by galg

Nose: Thick nose. With quite some alcohol up front ; Starts with honey sweetness, ample wood, wood spice, mint, pine . then gets fruity : red apples, peaches and some pear. some vinegary sour note too. With time it gets dusty.

Palate: Yea. Starts hot and spicy peppery with a lot of wood. Spices arrive on a second wave. Ginger powder. Apples in vanilla , exotic fruit as in banana and mango.

Finish: Wood chips. Cinnamon. Spice and ginger powder. Fruit and almonds. With a touch of mint.

This is a nice and complex dram, It takes time and it needs its time to be fully enjoyed. Sit down, relax in your sofa, and enjoy the experience.
