Going back to Holland from a great holiday in Japan in '81. Some notes left: nose(of bottle!) full of vanilla and caramel, very nice. When taking first nip I tasted liquorice(drop in Dutch-one of my fav. candies!) and vanilla and caramel. The finish was rather long. Maybe too simple, but I loved the stuff.
A very special, memorable holiday(and whisky of curse!). PS. Bottle was duty free.
