Instantly recognisable these days and a wonderfully expressive malt just bursting with flavours and aromas.
Nose: Zesty, fruity, hints of lavender and cinnamon stand out but there is plenty more aromas to discover here.
Taste: Cereal malt, clean lemon zest, herby notes (verbena?) vanilla and spices. A very apposite collection of flavours. Appetising and refreshing.
Finish: The complexity reduces towards the finish with the dryer spice notes coming to the fore.
