Unexpectedly light considering this is the port finish, the dried fruit and spice are very subtle,

Pleasant dram

Burgundy and Port are not the same. The Port Wood finish is fantastic. I have never tasted the Burgundy finish, as it didn't sound all that great.

Burgundy is French red wine (Bordeaux), not port. The port wood finish has a red label, if I remember correctly.

Burgundy wine is not the same as Bordeaux wine .....it stands for Bourgogne which is a completely different region from France and has a different composition too, Bourgogne red wine is 100 % Pinot Noir while Bordeaux red wine can be Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc grapes varieties or a blend of them.

Sorry, I meant to say Bourgogne. Silly me. Thanks for putting me straight!
