Kilchoman Spring 2010 Release

The nose offered hair spray, fresh rain, butter, and pepperjack cheese. There also were hints of asparagus, cedar, freshly varnished gym floor, BBQ, diesel fuel, and a new can of tennis balls. The palate was nice, but less complex: leather, old books, carpet samples, rust, pipe tobacco, and pine nuts. The finish was light, peppery on the back of the tongue, warm, and long-lasting.
