A pleasant dram. Not a favourite, but would not say no to it. A good companion for the end of a stressful day.

Nose: Strong kick of alcohol on the first sip, almost medicinal. Calms very quickly and releases more fragrant aromas. Manuka honey, hay and freshly dug soil. All cut through with autumn fruits.

Body: Smooth and full.

Palate: Very oaky, more earthy flavours, heather and fresh rain on grass. Honey, gives you a kiss of spice.

finish: The spice grows, cinnamon and ginger but stays relatively subtle. Orange zest and cloves. Leaves you with a nice heat and warming tingle.

Perfect after a day out working in the cold.
