I am a university student studying the yeast bacteria's synthesis of alcohol. I also have a great interest in the chemical components that make a good whiskey "good".
I am of Irish decent and enjoy a peaty whiskey such as an Islay or many Irish whiskeys such as Connemara, or Bushmills, Blackbush. Redbreast 12 has a special place in my heart.
