    Glengoyne

Situated in a wooded glen in the Southern Highlands of Scotland near the banks of Loch Lomond, Glengoyne is reputed to be "Scotland's most beautiful distillery." Taking its name from "Glen Guin" or "Glen of the Wild Geese", Glengoyne has been producing exceptional single malt scotch whisky for nearly 200 years.

Glengoyne is distilled more slowly than any other single malt scotch whisky. Our malted barley is air-dried, rather than dried using pungent peat smoke; we gently nurse the spirit through our stills at a third of the normal rate and we use only the best oak sherry casks in the world. These factors combine to create a complex, more subtle whisky in which all of the delicate flavours are freely allowed to express themselves - The Real Taste of Malt.

Location: Dumgoyne, Near Loch Lomond, Scotland

    Favourite whisky(s): Glengoyne Single Malt!
