@StevieC This is a discontinued bottle and being rosebank, it's probably in some way collectible. I have no idea if it's good or not, never having had the opportunity to sample some Rosebank, sadly. Great find !
I was supposed to buy the last bottle of Century Reserve 21 year in the province last week (and probably one of the last readily available bottle in Canada), but somebody got to it before I did (on the same day). GRRR. Happy for you you had better luck than me.

@Frank1 HA! Yes, I thought it was a good find too. The box and label look quite old (not the current Connoisseurs Choice label and box). I even got a 10% discount! But I managed to buy a bottle of Springbank 18 and an IDB of Bowmore 21. $300 later....this has become a very costly hobby.....but man, is it fun! Keep your eye on the LCBO website for the Century Reserve 21. Sometimes people return product. I remember they had quite a few here at a store here in Oakville. Unfortunately, the province's conglomerate liquor enterprise "controls" everything. I wish we could order from other provinces, etc. Have you tried State side?

@StevieC I live in Quebec, so maybe there are still a few bottles floating around in Ontario, but that's too far for me ;) The Century Reserve 21 was certainly good, if not great, but a good amount of its allure came from its 45$ price tag. Plenty of other great Canadian whiskies nowadays to cry (too much) over being beaten to the punch.

@StevieC Congrats dude! A Rosebank at $70!? Even if it's just ok, at $70 it's still stupidly cheap!! You my friend are a lucky guy and I'm jealous of you!

I purchased a bottle of Gordon & Macphail Connoisseur's Choice Rosebank 1991 (15 Year Old) single malt for $70. It was the last bottle left on the shelf. I have done a bit of research and only a few UK based websites have the bottle, listed at approx. 130 pounds. Has anyone tried this? I jumped at the opportunity to grab a Rosebank for such a decent price!
