@Nozinan: This sounds, to me, like a full-grown a'bunadh! I would certainly give it a go! If you can, make the effort, as these don't come along often.

I read a review of this very 'drop', some time ago, by our own Dominic Roscrow who spoke rather eloquently of blood oranges and chocolate, and made it sound like one not to be missed - It may have been one of his Twitter feeds (?). The abv. suggests that this may well be an a'bunadh that has been held back.
