I have been working on batch # 28, and it is hard to imagine that it could be any better (but different, yes). It seems on the dry side, with dried fruit, brown sugar and leather ... and of course with a ton of sherry. Some day when worthy friends come by, or just perhaps when the passion strikes, I'll open # 13 or # 23 ... and then I'll let you know how it is :-)

Just wanted to re-open this discussion. I am seeing Batch 32 mainly in Ontario...how does it fair compared to say the 28?

Hi guys, I decided that aberlour a'bunadh will be my next purchase, but I've seen different batches on master of malt and also very different prices...so I wonder if the differences are so high and if there are recommended and/or bad batches...
