I’ve started my election results watch party with some WhistlePig 10 Year Old Straight Rye. Depending on how all this goes, I may switch to something stronger.

I'm actually listening to Tom Lehrer's "That was the year that was". Amazing how much of what he sings is applicable today (especially his song about "the new math").
I've decided to ignore the results for now and focus on writing up my 200th review.

The WhistlePig left me a bit indifferent, so I’ve moved on to Old Forester 1920 Prohibition. I’m not sure who gave me the OF sample but so far it’s better than the WhistlePig to me.

In 2018 I cracked my Hazmat ECBP (70.1%) as I watched the results come in in our provincial election. Turns out I needed something strong.
Tonight the US election campaign that seems to have lasted almost 4 years comes to a close. I suspect some people will need something to fortify them as they watch for results.
