@brucefraser What was the Black Maple Hill like? A friend of mine brought over a bottle of it and some Noah's Mill for me when he last visited and I've not cracked the Black Maple Hill yet...

@cowfish I haven't opened my Black Maple Hill yet either! loved the the Ol' Grand Dad 114... lots of vanilla and oak if I recall correctly. strong but smooth and not too expensive. very hard to find in Canada. As is the black Maple Hill. Never tried Noah's Mill yet. what were your impressions?

My brother just announced that he brought me back a couple of bottles of bourbon from the states but he's not going to tell me what they are yet. The anticipation is killing me! Last time he went to the US he got me a bottle of Black Maple Hill and some Ol' Grand Dad
