This lite honey colored charmer has a lot going on, in a simple way. The nose is like creamy milk and whisky mixed. The whole thing reminds me of the field near the dairy farm where I grew up. Old cut hay bails and cows milk. But the taste becomes fruity like a marmalade spread. It lingers and finishes with a little spice. A real nice Organic malt.
