Bushmills Millennium Malt

Nose: Vanilla, frosting with a but of loose alcohol/extract. Banana, pineapple, and mango. Tropical fruit abounds! There the fruits are still soft and less citric/sharp. Ice cream and perfumy orange extract. Pleasant and inoffensive enough. Perhaps just a touch linear.

Palate: Honey, vanilla, and lemon coated wood. Melon (cantaloupe), banana, pineapple, and still a touch of lemon juice. Nice and easy. Creamy and sweet. Something akin to apricot/dried peach, with some floral highlights.

Finish: Nicely sweet with perfumy fruit. Simple and light. Solid stuff.
