For me Bowmore Laimrig, Yoichi 10 and a year opened bottle of Booker's. I am not sure you would agree with me about the Yoichi as I don't agree with you for the Talisker, which makes me believe we have very different taste, but the Laimrig will surprise you going from a dry mineral flavor ( pebbles) to sweet sherry in no time while a very oxidized Booker's will leave you speachless with its improbable duo of rosewater and hot spicies.

Laphroaig CS 006, Ardbeg Uigeadail, nearly any Blackadder bottling, Lagavulin 16 or 12, Signatory Glen Elgins, 1980's Clynelishes, 1980's Springbanks.

Which other malts, besides the ones I can think of (below), would you consider to be 'dynamic' on the palate & finish - ie. they offer a transition of various, fairly contrasting, flavours and notes..?
Ones that come to mind immediately are Highland Park 18, pretty much all Taliskers and Tomatin 18...
