Nose: Breathe deep. This is gorgeous and not at all harmed by the drop of alcohol, which is very consistent. Lots of sherry, which is the key note, then marmalade. It's a lovely wee experience.

Mouth: Loads to do. Zesty but delicate, ginger, chirstmasy somehow, slightly bitter chocolate, a little burnt maybe? Sherry. It's a lot of fun.

After: Still going. Oak, smoke, nuts, something zesty that isn't crushed by the "bigger" notes. Sometimes you can really feel the age.
