Nose: Extraordinary, a real lift, one of my favourite noses. I've seen it described as "punch" elsewhere, I don't understand this at all, for me it's a lovely drawn lift from the glass. Yum. Buttersctoch, fruit, booze.

Mouth: Delicious and sweet. Huge up front but immediately cools, it bites your mouth then makes friends. Sherry first, loads, sharp, biting, booze, much love. Ends a little burnt though, i don't like the finish to be honest. I like the booze hit up front, but there's a burnt booze knock right at the back. I actually don't like the aftertaste that much. If you liked this aftertaste, this is a 95 whisky so what a shame.
