This is - as far as I am aware - the oldest single grain Irish whisky, distilled at Cooley's, just south of the Irish border.

You may wish to check out my Greenore 8yrs review on this site.

Let me just add that apart from the fact that the whiskey is absolutely great, it also comes in a limited edition of only 5000 bottles. It's hard to come by in Belgium...

And will you just look at that bottle? It's probably one of the most beautiful bottles on the market!

The previous bottle was a little cube, also very nice. But indeed, this one is much more elegant.

I have just added this to my collection and I'm sampling it for the first time now. I had the 8yr old before and hoped for a more intense flavour from the 15, and it didn't disappoint.
