I have a 375ml bottle of Rye myself and I found that the price was equal to other ryes in 750ml bottles. I think the whisky was overpriced and the 375ml bottle gave it a "morcodistillery look". Now they are probably going down to the right price because of competition. (small batch whiskies from microdistilleries are now increasing in the USA) @chrisbator

Hi@chrisbator. When you review the Scappa 14yo you have let us know If it was any good. I keep an eye out for that one. Thanks.

@bourbondrinker I really like the manhattan rye and like this price point a lot better... But I want make sure it hasn't changed before I buy it again....
I'll post a review of the Scapa 14 next I have some... I will say that it was phased out a few years ago in favor of the 16yr (and price increase) they have now. I liked the old 14yr enough to have several bottles squirreled away

Has the whiskey they're making changed or just the packaging? I've noticed that many of the Tuthilltown spirits Hudson whiskeys have gone from 375ml bottles to standard 750ml bottles but the price has pretty much stayed the same. I really like the Manhattan Rye but wonder what else had to change to effectively drop the price in 1/2...
