High West Whiskey

@RobertH, Yes, I am a big fan of High West. Their distillery is recent and most of their self-distilled products are just starting to come out, but they have done a tremendous job of choosing, procuring, and combining the existing stock of others in order to set up a product line. Their ryes are lovely, and I must say, I really like their unaged Oat whiskey. I wish they would sell that one at barrel proof, though.

I just wanted to add bottles to my cabinet and noticed that High West was not in the American Distillery listings.

If you want something interesting, get your hands on the new Double Rye. It's like walking through the woods on a spring morning.
