This green label really took me by surprise. The nose is very sweet, floral and apple notes are deliciously present. The taste however,entirely different. A slighlty spiced start and then what I found to be an explosion of smoke and pepper. I would say a moderately smooth drinking experience with a very warm and oaky finish,followed by a lingering bitterness.
@jasonp, thanks for your review, but it would be nice if next time you got the spelling right (Johnnie and not Johhnie), so that you could link the review to the correct bottle (connosr.com/whisky/blended/…). Cheers.
