It's not blended... but I recommend Glenmorangie Original. Glenmorangie Nectar d'Or is excellent too. Not quite as fruity... but seeing as you would prefer a blend, the Original would probably be best. Nector d'Or has a slightly more dominant flavour profile.

@Eirikur, I agree with OCeallaigh that Glenmorangie Original or Nectar d'Or would be good choices for you. I would also suggest Compass Box Asyla, which is a blend, or Aberlour 10, which is a malt.

...or Macallan 10 yo Fine Oak. (a malt)
Actually, ultra smooth, fruity, no smoke nor peat, and blended sounds like a lot of Canadian whiskies.

Compass Box Great King Street has everything you are looking for. Tried it myself a while ago and enjoyed it a lot

Johnnie Walker Gold Label is so smoooooth - honeyed sweet but interesting. No hint of peat or smoke.

I second the Compass Box Great King Street Artist Blend. I was also thinking Auchentoshan Classic but I'm not sure that is fruity enough to meet the requirements.

You could try a vatted rather than blended whisky. I'd suggest Sheep Dip or Monkey Shoulder, both are excellent.

Count me in for strongly suggesting Bushmills Black Bush, based on your criteria.

@JoeVelo, Singleton 12 40% (of Glendullan) fits your request perfectly (IMO): it is smooth, fruity (sherry) and delicious ... not too expensive, but not a blend. The only somewhat fruity blend I might suggest is the delicious Famous Grouse, which contains Macallan and Highland Park, and may have just a hint of smoke (what do others think about this?).
Only problem with Singleton 12 is that it just doesn't last ! :)

My favorite blend at the moment (for quite a while now) is the Hibiki 12, smooth and brilliant as a curvacious golden statue though not so much on the fruit side of things. Another expression that comes to mind, Aberlour A'bunadh (single malt) opens up into some thick plum and cherry notes. Good luck with your search :)

Glenfiddich and Glenlivet tend to be pretty fruity; though rather dominated by apple.
