If you're looking to sell it, traditionally this is not the site to do it. In the past when people have tried, they would get "thumbs down" and the comment would quickly get buried.

I have a feeling this is a single cask bottling (maybe a personal cask?) of Ben Nevis 10 year old.
Likely someone purchased a cask or part of a cask and had their own custom labels put on it. Couldnt find anything about it as far as a distillery release online.

@clanmoore How did you come to be in possession of the bottle, was it a gift or a purchase from an estate sale? I imagine it would be something other than a random retail store purchase.

I agree. Whatever it is worth, it's not worth more than to try something you'll never find anywhere else...

It was given to me by a relation of the family who bottled it when the lord died. I just had it sat in a cupboard and was curious. It is ben nevis from what i gather. Its an interesting thing. My nan wanted it at xmas for making whiskey sauce.. i declined!! Lol!

That relation was pulling your chain....
Ben Nevis Distillery was established in 1825. The earliest a 10 YO could have been bottled was 1835. My guess is the bottle is not that old.
Simon Fraser, the 11th Lord Lovat, was executed in 1747.

@Nozinan , no it wasn't a university. It was a TV show. I think his dad had a dog.
@clanmoore , my guess would be that every bottle is "1 of 777," as in each bottle is one of the 777 they produced for this project. Tell me if I'm wrong. But in any case, I never heard of "#1 of X" bottles being especially valuable, unless maybe the whole batch was something really special. Probably, you've got yourself a nice bottle of Ben Nevis on your hands. Enjoy!
