Hi guys, time is running and Xmas is coming, so I wonder what is your fav dram for the cold, lovely winter nights during Christmas time! I've planned to buy A'bunad, a Glenfarclas (105 or 21/25?) and Corryvreckan, what about you?

Dalmore King Alexander III. Basics of this whisky are chocolate, tobacco, liquorish with hints of citrus and almonds. Perfect for X-mas.

I'm thinking about the Gelnfarclas 15 and a bottle of Laphroaig.

@drinix Glenfarclas 15 is one of the best drams you could ever buy for Xmas! It was able to make me sing jingle bells even if I was sipping it in August!

In my current collection, I'd go with the Ardmore Traditional Cask which has a nice sweet smokiness for those fireside larks, with orangey spices to keep things festive. Review coming soon.

On the orange-side of things, Compass Box's Orangerie isn't technically a whisky, but would definitely go down well in the same spirit about now.

I have the exact same ideas as you. I was going to mention the Aberlour A'bunadh or the Glenfarclas. I think that those would be your best bet for a Christmas dram. A nice peaty Lagavulin would also be nice to break the ice when it is really cold (assuming it does where you live) and to spice things up a little bit.
