That's a very specialist area and I personally wouldn't know where to start with a valuation on this. I do know that there is quite a bit of excitement around Shackleton's lost whisky at the moment (albeit quite a different kettle of fish - I know) so you may find an additional interest in wreck whiskies too (?)

@LeFrog Thanks for that Lefrog have just read article on Shackleton,s whisky . What a find! also read with interest article on 110 year old whisky now on show at Dumfries and Galloway museum my bottle is similar in shape to that one Have not found many references to the wilkinson distillery in Glasgow though except some stone pots bearing the name on internet auction sites would be interesting to find out exactly when this firm was in business

I have in my possession a half size bottle of Charles Wilkinson Finest Old Highland Whisky salvaged from a victorian wreck over 20 years ago no label but seal and cork still attached contents have evaporated slightly at the time it was found another bottle of same whisky was analyzed locally and still found to be drinkable would such a bottle have any value given the fact that the label is not attached?
