@LeFrog Greenore 6 and Greenore 15? Just kidding. There are several good grain whiskies such as Invergordon or Strathclyde. Or what about Compass Box Hedonism? I'll be trying that one myself soon. I hear great things about Compass Box' whiskies.

I think Greenore 8 is lovely, like others here, but I'm also a fan of Té Bheag. I don't know if it counts as grain whisky to you—it's a blended whisky—but if so, it's a gem. Here's the Connosr page on it: www.connosr.com/whisky/blended/te-bheag/

I'm a big fan of everything I've tried from Port Dundas, which has unfortunately recently closed down. Independent bottlings only though afaik, as is often the case.
A D Rattray have done a few in the past and I have their 1991 17 year old. Sherry cask matured and really very nice - adrattray.com//. There are still some bottles of that release around if you look around.
I also tried a Duncan Taylor Rare Auld 32 year old at a tasting last month - like the 17 year old but even more so: duncantaylor.com/distilleries/…. It looks like they also do a few more that are available still.
If you're a member of the SMWS, or know a tame member, then they do some interesting single grain bottlings. Annoyingly my favourite grain I've tried was one of theirs, but it sold out the day before I made it to the rooms to grab a bottle... connosr.com/whisky/lowland/…
For the more easily findable I'd definitely second the Hedonism - it's the thing that started my recent looking around for grain whiskies.

I would absolutely go with Compass Box Hedonism. A little pricey, but fantastic.

I'm interested in exploring grain whisky a bit more, I have my eye on the Greenore 8 year old after reading the reviews here. Does anyone have any other recommendations?
