A couple of sherried whiskies that I really enjoyed: BenRiach 12 Sherrywood, Bunnahabhain 1997 Creative Whisky Company, Bunnahabhain 1992 and 1997 Malts of Scotland, Dufftown 1979 Murray McDavid, Glen Grant 1970 cask 3475 Duncan Taylor, Glen Grant 1972/2009 Berry Bros & Rudd, Glen Scotia 1972 Malts of Scotland, Glengoyne 1997 Malts of Scotland, Port Charlotte 2001 Malts of Scotland, but my suggestion by far is the Macduff 2000 for The Bonding Dram by David Stirk's Creative Whisky Company (a cask I helped select and thus has my name on the back label - sold out, but I still have a few bottles left and would be more than willing to ship it to you - it's only 50 EUR at cask strength!),

Here I am again guys...this time I want to ask some suggestions for my coming birthday: my girlfriend (God bless her) decided to treat me with a bottle of whisky and I would like to try something different from my usual peaty malts...maybe a sherried highlander or speysider, possibly an indipendent bottler...I had noticed a 22 yo glen grant bottled by Duncan Taylor (Rare Auld), any feedback or other suggestions? Our budget is around 100 euro...Thank you in advance!
