• Nose: Custard, vanilla, tanned leather, baked apples, crystallised lemon and some hints of hazelnuts and hay. With Water grassy/hay note becomes a little fresher, bit more lemon too.

• Pallet: soft and smooth arrival, sweet, honey, also ginger, juniper and lemongrass. With Water some citrus and nutty flavours some through

• Finish: citrus, lemongrass and honey last through. With Water plain lemon (as opposed to lemongrass). Kind of reminds me of sake,

• Mark neat – 7.9, with water – 8.2
