As a fan of The Balvenie - I'm surprised that I hadn't heard of this one prior to it's release date...Nothing can be found at The Balvenie website either...Rather strange.

I had heard a rumor about this...also the 15yr Single Barrel went up in price from what I can tell. Stocks running low? I used to be able to get the 15yr Single Barrel for $55!

@lmann86 Even though the new 12 yr was a surprise - I did notice an increase across the board on all Balvenie whiskies by several $$$, and to be honest I'm not sure why.

I wonder if this new 12 yr is also replacing the 12 yr Signature?

@FMichael the 14 caribean cask did recently go up locally as well. It is strange. Not sure what causes an overnight jump in prices range wide!
