I've not seen any mention of Sheep Dip anywhere on the website (a Search comes up with nothing either). I was just wondering if people had tried it and what their thoughts on it were. I rather enjoyed the small (3cl) sample my daughters bought me as part of Father's Day this year.

Opps sorry, I just realised you said sheep dip, not sheep label.

I have a bottle that's nearly gone now. Personally, I like it a lot! It's a blended malt (vatted malt), which in my mind is superior to standard blends that include grain whiskies. Spencerfield Spirits is a true independent operation, but their whisky range has been blended by Master Blender Richard Paterson, so you get a well balanced and smooth Scotch for it's age. I think it's a bargain for what you get! An even bigger bargain is their Pig's Nose 5 yr old blended Scotch!

I got a bottle for Christmas 2010. I could tell that it was blended with Highland and Islay malts and there was a complexity to it that was interesting. All in all, it's not bad but I think there is better out there. To paraphrase U2, I still have not found what I'm looking for when it comes to vatted malts.

@JeffC, Have you tried JW Green Label? It's the best vatted malt i've tried. Blend of Talisker, Cragganmore, Linkwood and Caol Ila. Very tasty.
