Celtic Heartlands are usually very good, but the Bunnahabhain 1973's I was able to try from other bottlers were a bit quirky. By the way, this Bunnahabhain - being bottled in 2007 - is not as old as you are (it will never be older than 34yo) - it was simply made in your birth year.
Did you consider the Dailuaine 1973 Berry Bros?

It seems inevitable that when we spend enough time around aged spirits we start thinking: "What would a whisky as old as me taste like?"
I currently have my eye on a Celtic Heartlands Bunnahabhain 1973. Has anyone tasted this particular single malt or anything from the Celtic Heartlands series? Is it worth the money? Is there something else you would recommend (within reason) from 1973?
