The Willett Single Barrel, named "Orange Blossom", is one of the Even Kulsveen selected bourbons marketed through his procurement, bottling and marketing corporation named Kentucky Bourbon Distillers, Ltd. "Orange Blossom" is 5 years old and 118.9 proof/59.45% ABV

Nose: delicious. Strong alternating sweet and bitter orange, with significant alcohol. There are some high notes of lemon present, but not an excessive amount

Taste: alternating bitter and sweet orange is present on the palate as well. Oak flavours are more in the background and are rather discreet

Finish: long, and the taste stays the same as from the delivery. These are good but not outstanding flavours

Balance: This is pleasant and works well, but is not outstanding in any way. Overall this is a nice younger example of a single barrel high end bourbon. Bear in mind, though, that these comments are made against the backdrop of my very high expectations from any of the Willett label single barrel products
