@mscottydunc Hahaha. I know, but that's the tricky part. Give them diet coke, I've heard somewhere..... To give a guest an Octomore or A'Bunadh is dissapounting for you & the guest. That's why I prefer to have some 'easy going' bottles in the cabinet.

Actually I made this list to promote the Santis Swiss Malt Edition Dreifaltigkeit .No, I am not from Switzerland and I do not like mountains at all. It is the greatest Islay Whisky produced on the continent of Europe. No, the best Islay whisky outside the U.K is made somewhere in India, but that is a different discussion. Isn't it ?
