My first encounter to world of whisky was in 2011, and it's been no looking back!
Whisky speak to me in the way that the more I am aged myself the more I appreciate all the quality that goes into whisky. It all starts from simple elements (barley, reused wine cask) through time honoured process and we have so many subtle yet powerful expression. I drink/consume beer, wine, cider, etc., but whisky (scotch) is the only drink that I need to think in order to have the deepest enjoyment.
