My whisky experiences were largely confined to Canadian Rye whisky until fairly recently. I have only been seriously exploring the world of single malts for two years, but in that time I have decided I will be a scotch whisky drinker for life. I am partial to the Islay malt's with their massive peaty arrivals, but will generally try anything.
