I have been interested in whisky for decades - ever since I was a very young woman. I like to taste and drink whisky (some whiskies more than others) and therefore all of the processes that these activities involve. I enjoy reading about whisky, talking about whisky, writing about whisky, and thus constantly learning more about this wonderful spirit. I do have many other interests though.... parachuting, mountain climbing, lion taming, macrame, gardening, cooking, fire-eating, performance driving, ice-skating, origami, playing the violin, fortune telling, travelling and fishing.
