At Domo, Eurobuilding Hotel, Madrid, on the house (thanks.) It pours clean, amber to ochre hue. Aroma is very intense: tons of leather, coal, fireplace. No sweet scents whatsoever. Mouthfeel is very -very warm, powerful and with almost no sourness at all (which renders it even warmer.) It develops good umami and saltiness, though. Very long finish with all the smokiness you could ever dream of packing together in a spirit.
