Ardbeg Uigeadail

A really complex peat and smoke monster. Very strong smoke and leather scent on the nose, with a definite marine tang. Almost overwhelming. Keeping a sip in the mouth brings out the sweetness and spicy pepper. Hints of vanilla at the back of the palate and leaves a leather aftertaste. Long, lingering smoke in the mouth. Really, though, a hard one to figure out on the first glass. I must keep sampling this bottle (purely for research purposes, of course).
