Balblair TWE 2000/2014 Cask 1343

I brought a couple of these when the first came out to celebrate the TWE 15th anniversary and I'm glad I did. Such a dark espresso color.

Nose: It's just beautiful. Explodes with fruits, roses, some cherry menthol jellies. I never have experienced a sherry cask whisky to smell like this before. Mouth: Super heavy and extractive. Fruity, spicy, liquorice, grapes, prunes and menthol cherry jellies again. So moreish. A very long finish on the same profile again.

If all Balblairs were like this, you would never buy anything else.
