Neat at the lobby bar of Hotel Puerta América, Madrid. It pours rather pale, more than we are usually used to when it comes to whisky: clean pale wheat is the color. Aroma is intense, even very intense: Cayenne pepper, vanilla, cinnamon and citrus such as lemon or orange peel. It's quite powerful and warm, so ice is not a bad idea. Rather pungent and medium-bodied. Very long-lasting finish with renewed spicy tinges. Very nice.
