@ganagati Do you have any idea when this will be available in Seattle?
I have checked at one of the stores below and it was not available. I have also checked the state website and there is no mention of it.
Thanks for posting this info. Hopefully, they will start showing up soon.

They (LaphroaigUSA) said to expect it closer to the 27th and to keep checking.
If you look on the washington website, you can see that it's listed in this month's price book, so it should be distributed soon. Once they send it out, they will update the product availability portion of the website.

@Wodha I picked up a bottle last week at the 2nd Avenue store downtown. I opened it with my Brother-in-law and compared it to the standard 10 year Laphroaig. I would describe the Cairdeas as "Laphroaig light". I don't have a bottle of Laphroaig 18 right now, but I really want to compare the Cairdeas to the 18 year old. I think that will be a much better comparison than with the 10 year old. My initial impression of the Cairdeas is "good"; not great, but good. More research is needed before I can make my final analysis. :-)

@bwmccoy I was going to order a case as they are going fast and will dissapear altogether - whot did y'all think of it? Worth more than QC?

@yori - The one I owned was the 2011 release (Cairdeas Ileach). It wasn't bad, but it was too "light" for me. I would pick QC over the 2011 Cairdeas.
I am still looking for a 2013 bottling since it is finished in portwood. I have really liked most portwood finished whiskies that I have tried and am anxious to experience Laphroaig in portwood.
Let me know what you think of it if you get a bottle (or a case). :-)
